1K A Day Challenge for PWS Champions
OPWSA would like to encourage individuals with PWS and their families and friends to take part in our 1K A Day Challenge that will be taking place throughout February.

The goal is simple...go outside and enjoy a walk or a hike for at least 1 km every day, or participate in 30 minutes of physical activity, like skating or tobogganing, throughout the month of February. If the weather isn't cooperating, or if getting outside isn't possible, we still encourage you to participate in 30 minutes of activity from the comfort of your home.

Follow along on OPWSA's Facebook Page and Instagram, and share your progress. Those who complete the 1K A Day Challenge will receive a certificate, and a small prize in the mail. Please note that only those living in Ontario are eligible to receive the prize, and those living outside of Ontario will receive their certificate by email.
